Not letting an employee go when it is time, is not fair to the employee, other employees, the business and doesn’t look good on the leader. It’s never easy to let an employee go, especially for People First leaders but you can do it with care. In this mission, we are going to go over how to fire someone and do it with dignity and care. So they (and you) walk away feeling valued and respected for their work and effort over the days, weeks, months, or years they’ve put in using the 3 opportunity rule.
